Intercultural Communication in the Workplace
It is estimated that in the next 10 years, more that 40 percent of all net additions to the workforce in the United States will be minorities, mostly from Latin American Countries. HAA offers support services to businesses throughout Southeastern PA and Western NJ who employ a large Spanish workforce. 
 
HAA will help you:
    • Use interpersonal skills to accommodate the needs of others who are culturally different.
    • Identify tips and techniques for challenging and motivating Hispanic employees.
